Join us for a relaxed outdoor Cyanotype Picnic Workshop in the beautiful surroundings of Phoenix Park, where art, nature, and slow creativity come together for a summer morning of sun printing and experimentation.
Cyanotype is one of the earliest photographic printing techniques, using sunlight to create deep blue botanical prints. During this picnic-style session, we’ll work with dried and fresh plants to create a series of unique compositions on pre-coated cyanotype paper, allowing the sun to slowly expose each image naturally.
All materials are provided, including cyanotype paper, dried and fresh botanicals, picnic blankets, and small portable chairs. Light picnic-style refreshments, snacks, sandwiches, and beverages will also be included during the session.
